By downloading, installing, or using the Daily Rite mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Daily Rite is a self-discipline and habit-tracking app. It helps you build daily habits, track progress, complete 90-day missions, and optionally use tools such as sleep scheduling and retention tracking.
Daily Rite is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is for personal motivation and self-tracking only.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Daily Rite.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
